  • Duplicate enrollments processed in error

Payment Methods & Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. Different payment methods have varying processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days for most platforms
  • Corporate Payments: May require additional verification steps

If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This may require additional verification for security purposes.
